Constantine „Dino“ Kiritsis

Constantine is one of the most versatile individuals in business operating as an entrepreneur in the HR, training & consulting industry. He is considered a world-class presenter having presented, trained and led diverse events for numerous corporations and associations. He has delivered over 8,000 hours of professional training, hosting & presentations in the last 16 years in more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East mainly to corporate clients.

He is founder of StudySmart.gr® (a member of SmartGroup®), a company offering professional qualifications training seminars, workshops & information on education, educational systems and certifications and founder and president of the non- profit organization Teachers Without Borders. StudySmart has strategic partners in various countries working together on International Curriculum Development (PwC, CEE), technical programmes, Mentoring & Training, Business Planning trainer and select professional qualifications. He has extensive experience in business start – ups, education and professional training & development by setting up Intercollege Globaltraining in the late 1990’s (being responsible for the incorporation of professional qualifications in Greece and serving as a Partner & Executive Director for close to a decade), before setting up and leading one of the first academies for PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Greece. In essence he led the quality approvals by major associations successfully receiving the highest standards on each occasion, while over 15 of his students have been national or international prize winners. Constantine has also done work with PwC’s Global Steering Committee for Private Company Services and has developed the curriculum, methodology and mapping procedure for PwC’s very successful Mini MBA programme being offered in the CEE region & the Middle East in close to 10 countries.

As a mentor on select business start-ups he has donated his services to close to 10 companies through charity / entrepreneurship organizations (Founders institute, I4U, Young Leaders). He is the author of an educational guide offered in Greece since 2004 (8th edition) and has been an active speaker on entrepreneurship, innovation, educational, professional training and business development issues in over 100 events in the past decade. His knowledge areas span from general education to developing programmes, career management, education and training, Professional qualifications (PQs) and teaching topics such as Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Business Planning, Marketing and HR (for the University of Surrey (UK), University of Strathclyde (UK), Henley Management School (currently University of Reading UK), University of Nicosia (CY) and PwC Academies in Europe and the Middle East. Constantine has also been involved in corporate accounts training for well – known multinational firms such as Dell, DP World, Public S.A., KPMG, Ernst & Young, Mazars, Brinks Security, PwC, Amana Constructions, Abu Dhabi FA, Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, Eurobank, BAT, ICAP, Cosmos Business Systems etc.

He is also a Visiting Fellow of Nottingham Business School supervising Doctorates in Business Administration and mentors students in the Middle East opting for BSc’s in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University UK. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut (USA), a Masters and a Phd from the University of Surrey (UK), a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a Fellow RSA UK, a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultants UK, a Human Resources Management Professional (HRMP) from the (HRCI USA) and a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM – SMP) USA.
